The mad virus is an extremely addictive game, just like the game you can send the link to all your friends cause this is a game everyone can enjoy. All you have to do is pick the colors on the left so you can spread the virus on the right.

You have to pick a color that the cell adjacent to the one you start with has so you can begin spreading the disease. Its pretty simple and once you get used to it, you will realize that its quite tough to proceed from one level to the next with ease.
